TERMS OF TRADE
That you undertake to pay the account in full before the due date. In default of such prompt payment, you undertake to pay late payment of 2.5% per month on any amount outstanding and to indemnify us and pay all costs and expenses on a solicitor and own client basis if legal action is necessary, and/or EC credit Control Pty Ltd’s fees, which we may incur in recovering from you any overdue amount.
Prices listed are GST inclusive.
Prices listed are for Daily hire. Extended hire can be applied for at discounted rates.
Delivery, pickup and manual cartage charges are extra P.O.A
Manual cartage is NOT included in delivery/pickups. If a hirer requires the carrying of goods to or from our truck, additional labour charges apply.
A security bond is payable with all hires and is refundable after goods have been returned and checked at our warehouse.
Missing or damaged goods will be deducted from bond at replacement cost. If amount exceeds bond then balance is payable by hirer.
Goods must be returned CLEAN with all cartons, crates and partitions to avoid additional charges.
The protection and safety of hire goods is the responsibility of the hirer from the time of the collection or delivery until returned to our warehouse. Camelot Party Hire is not liable for damage to any underground pipes or utilities when erecting marquees, responsibility is with the customer. |
